The American Council for Palestine (ACP) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit political organization dedicated to building power for Palestinian-Americans and their allies through education, advocacy, and action. We work to advance Palestinian rights, freedom, and self-determination by influencing public opinion and policy at local, state, and national levels.
Rooted in the values of solidarity, accountability, collective liberation, leadership, and integrity, ACP centers Palestinian voices while fostering cultural understanding and organizing for justice. Our work is informed by international human rights frameworks and guided by the lived experiences of Palestinians—whether in Gaza, the West Bank, historic Palestine, or the diaspora.
We are a growing community of advocates, educators, organizers, and policy experts committed to ending U.S. complicity in Israel’s occupation and apartheid policies, and to creating space for a new generation of leadership grounded in principles of equity and dignity for all people.
Through civic engagement, legislative advocacy, cultural programming, grassroots mobilization, and strategic partnerships with local and national organizations, ACP is shaping a powerful constituency recognized by policymakers across America. We strive for a future where the Palestinian people live in freedom, security, and peace—and where their contributions to American public life are acknowledged and respected.
